    3M 200 mL TPO Plastic Parts Repair (8239) is a high-performance two-part urethane adhesive specifically designed for repairing minor damage and providing backside reinforcement to plastic automotive components. This product offers excellent adhesion to various thermoplastic polyolefins, including TPO, PP, PE, and EPDM.

    HOW TO USE:

    1. Prepare the Surface: Clean and dry the surface to be repaired. Remove any loose debris or contaminants.
    2. Apply Adhesion Promoter: Apply 3M Polyolefin Adhesion Promoter (part number 05907) to the prepared surface according to the product instructions.
    3. Mix and Apply: Mix the two components of the adhesive according to the mixing ratio. Apply the adhesive evenly to the prepared surface using a suitable applicator gun.
    4. Cure: Allow the adhesive to cure according to the recommended curing time. Refer to the product instructions for specific curing times.
    5. Finish: Once cured, finish the repair as needed, such as sanding and painting.
