    3M 200 mL Self-Leveling Seam Sealer (8307) is a two-part epoxy designed specifically for sealing horizontal areas in automotive body repair. Its unique self-leveling formula ensures smooth, even application in areas like roof ditches (door skin hem flanges) and rear body panels, including tail light areas and wheel well flanges.

    HOW TO USE:

    • Prepare the Surface: Ensure the surface is clean, dry, and free from any dirt, grease, or rust.
    • Apply Primer: Apply a suitable automotive primer to the surface to be sealed, following the primer manufacturer's instructions.
    • Mix and Apply: Cut the tip of the static mixing nozzle and attach it to the cartridge. Apply a continuous bead of sealer to the prepared seam.
    • Smooth and Level: Use a suitable tool to smooth and level the applied sealer, ensuring even distribution.
    • Painting: Allow the sealer to cure for approximately 15 minutes before applying paint.
