Astro Pneumatic Tool Co. provides one-year warranty to its customers, ensuring you are protected from any damages due to detective material or workmanship. The warranty is available to the original user or individual who purchased the device and is in force from the date of use, meaning the first day customers use the product. Thus, consumers with detective products that are in need of repair can send details regarding this product and access repair through a comprehensive warranty policy.
To access Astro Pneumatic Tools warranty and repair free of charge, customers must contact their team and provide relevant information regarding ownership as well as the product. These details include the name of the distributor, proof of purchase or a copy of the warranty card. There is also a warranty registration form available on their website which enables customers to easily report the need for repair or replacement of Astro Pneumatic products.
Due to the fact that warranty only applies to products with defective material or workmanship, they reserve the right to verify whether or not products sent to us for repair meet the requirements established in our warranty and repair policy. Products in need of repair due to misuse, alteration or other issues are not generally covered by their one-year warranty policy.
Warranty Exceptions
Warranty exceptions are applicable to certain customers depending on the type of product in need of replacement or repair as well as other factors.
- Air Tool: All defective air tools or hydraulics must be sent to our warehouse in California. In order for us to cover return shipping, the product must qualify for warranty. Also fax or email your proof of purchase to access replacement parts free of charge.
- Sets/ Kits: When it comes to kits or sets, only a defective item within the set is replaced. In cases where several items are defective, we will replace those items. However, we do not usually replace entire kits. To access repair or replacement of kit items, ensure you include the corresponding part number(s) when contacting our customer service team.
- Battery Pack: These tools must be sent to our warehouse in California for inspection before any replacement or repair can be approved. Please ensure you send proof of purchase via fax or email so we can replace any battery pack component(s) that may be defective.
