GearWrench Warranty
GearWrench guarantees that its products have a standard limited lifetime warranty. With this warranty set forth, GearWrench tools, including wrenches, tool sets and other products, are guaranteed a high standard of design and workmanship. Original customers can expect to access tools free of defects related to material or workmanship and without exception may contact GearWrench customer service at (800) 688-8949 for details or assistance related to their tool’s warranty specifications.
Exceptions to GearWrench Warranty
GearWrench reserves the right to exclude certain products from its lifetime guarantee standard. These include accessory bits, cases and consumable products. In addition, certain conditions disqualify original customers from accessing lifetime warranty for GearWrench tools sold by Apex. They include tools that fall within the following categories:
a) any product which have been modified, altered or improperly installed by the original customer or user,
b) any product which has been misused, or damaged due to negligence, improper storage or other circumstances in which damage is not due to neglect on the part of the manufacturer, and,
c) any product which has been operated contrary to our standards as specified in product details or handled or serviced by anyone other than Authorized Repair Center of Apex.
Warranty for Torque Products
Torque Products are guaranteed a 90-day warranty. The warranty period begins from the original customer’s date of purchase and ends on the 90th day following the purchase. To access repair or replacement services, torque products in sold in North America must be sent to the following address:
