HOW TO USE:
- Preparation: Ensure the surface to be painted is clean, dry, and properly prepped according to primer or filler manufacturer instructions.
- Mix Material: Mix your primer or filler according to the manufacturer's specifications. Ensure it is strained to prevent clogs in the gun.
- Fill Cup: Pour the prepared material into the 600ml gravity cup. Securely attach the cup to the spray gun.
- Connect Air: Connect an air hose from your compressor to the air inlet of the spray gun.
- Adjust Settings: Set your air compressor to provide 43.0 PSI at the gun's inlet when the trigger is pulled. Perform a test spray on a scrap surface to fine-tune the fluid flow and spray pattern adjustments until desired results are achieved.
- Apply Material: Hold the gun perpendicular to the surface at a consistent distance (typically 6–8 inches). Apply even, overlapping passes, moving at a steady pace. Release the trigger at the end of each pass.
- Clean Up: Immediately after use, disconnect the air supply. Empty any remaining material from the cup. Disassemble the gun as needed and thoroughly clean all components with appropriate cleaning solvents to prevent material from drying inside.
