HOW TO USE:
- Preparation: Before use, ensure the spray gun is clean. Stir your primer or high-viscosity material thoroughly. Strain the paint into the 1-quart siphon cup to remove any clumps or debris that could clog the tip.
- Setup: Connect the siphon cup to the bottom of the gun. Attach an air hose to the 1/4" air inlet. Set your air compressor to provide 43 psi of air pressure at the gun's inlet.
- Application: Hold the gun perpendicular to the surface, maintaining a consistent distance of about 6-8 inches. Pull the trigger smoothly and move the gun across the surface in a steady, parallel motion. Overlap each pass by 50% to ensure an even coat.
- Cleaning: Immediately after use, disconnect the air hose and empty any remaining material from the cup. Fill the cup with an appropriate cleaning solvent and spray it through the gun until it runs clear. Disassemble the fluid tip and air cap for a more thorough cleaning to prevent material buildup.
